General Conditions of Sale (CGV) - Fauve Nails
1. General provisions
These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the contractual relations between Fauve Nails, Allée du Rionzi 27, 1027 Prévérenges, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase on the e-commerce site by Fauve Nails, accessible at https://fauvenails.ch/.
By placing an order on the site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Products
Fauve Nails offers nail products for professionals for sale, including gels, glitter, etc.
The products are presented with their characteristics and their price on the site. The photographs are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.
3. Orders
The ordering process takes place as follows:
- The Customer selects the desired products and adds them to their basket.
- The Customer checks the products in his basket and proceeds to payment.
- Once payment has been validated, the order is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent to the Customer, summarizing the products purchased, their price, delivery costs and delivery information.
4. Price and Payment
The prices of the products are indicated in francs and are inclusive of tax (all taxes included). Delivery costs are added to the total order amount during the checkout process.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, by credit card or by any other means of payment accepted on the site.
5. Delivery
The products ordered are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process and are given for information purposes only.
In the event of late delivery, Fauve Nails cannot be held responsible and the Customer will not be able to claim any compensation.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with current legislation, Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period. However, Fauve Nails gives the Customer a period of 7 days from receipt of the products to contact customer service in order to examine a possible right of withdrawal. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by their original packaging.
7. Warranty
Fauve Nails guarantees that its products conform to their description on the site and are free from manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, the Customer can contact customer service to organize an exchange or refund.
8. Protection of personal data
The Customer's personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the confidentiality policy available on the site.
9. Disputes and Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of Fauve Nails' head office.
10. Modifications to the General Conditions of Sale
Fauve Nails reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
