  1. Are the products safe for professional use?
Absolutely. All of our products are formulated to meet the highest safety and quality standards. They have been tested to guarantee professional use without risks for you and your customers.
  1. How long do the products last?
The shelf life of a gel is 24 months after opening, you will find the indication on each product.
  1. Can I collect my order directly on site to save time?
Absolutely. Once your order is validated and ready we will notify you and you can collect it directly from our premises at the following address: Fauve Nails, Allée du Rionzi 27, 1028 Prévérenges
  1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  1. Can I track my order online?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This link will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
  1. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery. During the ordering process, simply select your shipping country to see the available options.
  1. I would like to modify the content of my order or my delivery address, how do I do it?

  1. How to create my account ?
Go to the “account” section. Creating an account allows you to access the history and all information relating to your order(s).
  1. I would like to recover my invoice, how do I do it?
For each order, an invoice is attached to the package, if this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us by email: contact@fauvenails.ch

  1. Are payments secure?
We work with two companies specializing in Internet transactions (Paypal & Stripe) who encrypt all your banking details. Your banking data is therefore completely secure.
