If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the information below carefully to understand our returns and refunds process.

Returns

1. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following products:

  • Items defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect items received in error.
  • Unopened and unused products, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

2. Deadline for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return. Beyond this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your return request.

3. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@fauvenails.ch to obtain a return authorization (RA).
  2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice or purchase order in the package.
  4. Send the package to the following address: Allée du Rionzi 27, 1027 Prévérenges, Switzerland

4. Return costs

Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

Refunds

1. Reimbursement Period

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the product. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

2. Partial or Full Refunds

The refund amount will depend on the nature of the problem with the returned product. Refunds can be partial or full.

3. Credit Card Refunds

Credit card refunds will be processed in accordance with your financial institution's policies. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary.
